Tarun Poddar is the Founder and CEO of Foxhog , known for promoting startup investment and financial inclusion through initiatives such as “VC for Villages.” He holds a Master's from Stanford University and earlier experience with organisations including Apple Singapore, Aegis and Sonata Software.
His recognitions include the BW 40 Under 40 Award 2025, Emerging Venture Capital of the Year 2025 by The Times of India, Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year by The Economic Times, and inclusion among Forbes India’s “Game Changing Leaders of 2025.” He has also been in the list of Business Today’s notable CEOs of 2025.
